What is The Luke Method?


The LUKE Method was born due to a huge void in the fitness industry. Not a lack of available programs or coaches promising results. There's a ton of that. The LUKE Method was created due to a need for simplicity. As nuanced and complex as some might think getting in shape is, or as some make it, it's really not. Especially not for the common person. I wanted to instill a respect and implementation of the fundamentals at scale.


So what does it stand for?

•L: Level Up Your Standards.

Too many people are complacent and comfortable. They're ok with being out of shape. They're ok with feeling like shit. They're ok with hating their reflection. And it's not even that they're really ok with it. It's that it's become their new norm. They've accepted it as, "this is just where I'm at and I don't know what to do." That has become their standard. We MUST detach from that in order to improve ourselves.



•U: Use What Works.

Need to lose weight, see your abs, or fit those old jeans? Calorie deficit. Need to gain weight, and get jacked? Calorie surplus. Need to get stronger? Lift heavier incrementally. Everyone wants to sell you some shit and seem holier than thou. I don't do all that, and maybe that's why others will sell more than me. But I want to build my brand around being fuckin honest. Nothing is so complex that it simply doesn't work. All of these pillars are critical to the infrastructure of fitness. Let's use these fundamentals. They will not fail you. No trends, just results.



•K: Keep It Simple

You don't need a detox tea, waist trainer, keto, paleo, fat burner, GLP med, or new device. You don't need to do a fitness challenge or weight loss trend. You need to adhere to a legitimate nutrition protocol. You need to lift weights. You need to go for a damn walk. You need to drink water and sleep, babes and bros. It's not sexy, so you're apt to write it off. But it works. Not immediately, but definitely.



•E: Execute Relentlessly

When you start swinging, don't stop until the goal is knocked out. Seriously, this is where EVERYONE falls off. Usually in the first 4 weeks, They don't get results "quick enough" as if the goal isn't to be fit for life. Follow the diet, lift the weights, go for a walk, sleep good. And I PROMISE YOU, you'll be in better shape than the other 99 percent of folks still buying shit, stopping and starting, losing hope, blowing money, and staying the same. They're hoping for a miracle that isn't coming and they're treating that like a hill to die on. Don't be like this. Execute the basics relentlessly.



this part goes without saying, but...

I want everyone to get in great shape. Because it changes everything! You look better, you feel better, your bloodwork gets better, your health issues improve, your confidence skyrockets, LIFE GETS EASIER! Understand, I'm not trash talking people who follow trends. But I'm damn sure pissed at the industry that continues to perpetuate it all for the sake of a dollar.


I only stand to make a dollar if you buy a program, buy coaching, or in the days to come you buy merch of some sort. Even if I sell supplements, I won't promise anything ground breaking. I'll tell you what it does and how to properly use it like the tool it is. I'm not selling you a dream. I'm telling you to stop dreaming and follow a plan. I'll never be a shill or pander bullshit. You're hope is placed well, you want the right things, but people are using that to screw you big time.
